Privacy: Your private information is just that...private. We do not sell nor share your information. No unsolicited mailings or phone calls are made. Customer e-mail addresses are used to send shipments, shipping updates, SALE and new product information and private specials.
Shipping: We use the United States Post Office priority mail service. USPS First Class Mail is available upon request for some of our smaller items.
Our Shipping & Handling Rates:
In an effort to get you the fairest shipping quote, our shipping rates are now calculated by hand, I will send an invoice with actual shipping charges. Please do not remit payment before your invoice is received.
8.25% added for New York state tax.
If incorrect shipping charges are calculated, we reserve the right to adjust the total amount of your order to reflect the actual shipping charges. If your shipping charges have been grossly overcharged, a partial refund will be made.
Returns: Please note that ALL returns are subject to our approval.

Damages: If an item is damaged in transit, please email us immediately at adoredbefore@frontiernet.net
Re-package the item using all of the original packing material if at all possible. Upon receipt of the damaged item, Adored Before will either issue a credit to your account or replace the item ~you decide.
