           Privacy
Your privacy is important to us.  We do not sell or share your information.   No unsolicited mailings or phone calls are made. Customer e-mail addresses are used to send out your goodies, to notify you of shipping updates, new product information and private sales.

Shipping
 
We use the United States Post Office first class and priority mail service.  We ship upon receipt of payment.  Payment is preferred through paypal.  Domestic money orders are also welcome. 

Our Shipping & Handling Rates:
As of 5/15/2009 shipping is a flat $5.00 per order shipped inside the United States!
 
 
8.25% sales tax will automatically be added for New York state residents.

International customers, paypal only, please.  Feel free to email me with your order prior to purchase and I will provide an accurate overseas shipping quote.

Returns
 
Please note that ALL returns are subject to our approval.
If there is any reason you would like to return an item, please send an email to adoredbefore@frontiernet.net 
 
Please do not return an item without prior authorization.
 
We apologize but we cannot refund shipping charges. All returns are subject to return shipping fees.

Damages
 
If an item is damaged in transit, please email us immediately at adoredbefore@frontiernet.net
Re-package the item using all of the original packing material (if at all possible).  Upon receipt of the damaged item, Adored Before will either issue a credit to your account or replace the item ~you decide.

Our goal is to exceed your expectations. Every customer is treated as a friend (and usually becomes one!)  If you have any concerns about your experience with Adored Before, please let us know as soon as possible.
